This record form is to be completed and submitted alongside all practical experiments and examination brews. It provides a structured format for the documentation of ingredients, preparation methods, brewing conditions, observable reactions, stability analysis, and final evaluation.
All entries are to be recorded clearly and in full. Incomplete logs may result in disqualification of the batch.

I use estimated delivery times from my courier, but actual delivery speed may vary depending on your local postal service.
