Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every item in my shop is handmade by me, from start to finish. I take pride in making sure each product is crafted with care and attention to detail.
What materials do you use for your products?
I use a variety of high-quality, durable materials, depending on the product. For example, recycled paper and high quality FSC paper are used to ensure longevity and a beautiful finish. If you have a specific question about the materials used in a product, feel free to ask!
Are these licensed products?
The Quill & Vine creates fan-made, inspired collectibles. These items are unofficial and not licensed, endorsed, or associated with Warner Bros., J.K. Rowling, or any related rights holders. They are designed as artistic interpretations for fans, not as official merchandise.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! As of September 17th, I can send parcels to the USA again. Shipping times are similar to before (usually 1-4 weeks, depending on customs). Because of new US import rules, customs may apply duties to all commercial parcels, no matter the value. That said, most of my products are small paper goods and very low in value, so extra fees are uncommon. Any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! I ship to most countries, so feel free to place an order no matter where you are. Just keep in mind international shipping times and possible customs fees.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days. Delivery times depend on your location:
Netherlands: 1–2 working days
EU: 5–10 working days
Outside Europe: Up to 25 working days
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted! Just send me a message within 7 days of receiving your order to get approval. Return shipping costs are on you, but I’ll make sure the process is smooth.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! If something’s arrived damaged, please reach out immediately with photos, and I’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
