This sheet is to be completed and submitted alongside all plant studies, harvests, and propagation trials. It provides a structured format for documenting specimen classification, growth conditions, soil composition, environmental factors, observable development, and overall plant health.
All entries are to be recorded clearly and in full. Incomplete records may result in disqualification of the specimen.
