Tenebris Extract is a Class III veilbinding reagent used to reinforce concealment magic and stabilise protective wards. Designed for advanced potion study, it is traditionally applied to strengthen secrecy seals, prevent magical leakage, and deepen existing protective layers.
At rest, the extract appears entirely clear within its small, round glass bottle. When gently activated, the liquid darkens into a rich, deep plum tone, a visible indication of its binding properties engaging before slowly returning to clarity.
The bottle is sealed with a natural cork and finished with hand-poured pink wax, along with a small “bottled on” date label in keeping with Academy protocol. Its compact form and shifting colour make it a striking addition to any apothecary display.
