Order Processing
All items are handmade to order with great care and attention to detail. Please allow a few business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. For current processing times, check the banner at the top of the homepage or refer to the FAQ page.
Handmade Items
Everything in the shop is crafted by hand, which means there may be slight variations between items. These small differences make each piece unique and are a natural part of the handmade process.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are always welcome! Feel free to get in touch before placing your order if you have something special in mind. Please note that custom orders may take a little longer to complete and are generally not eligible for returns unless there’s an issue.
Communication
I believe in kind, open communication and want you to be happy with your experience. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, don’t hesitate to reach out. I usually reply within 1–2 business days.
Temporary Closures
As a one-person business, the shop may occasionally close for rest, travel, or to catch up on orders. Any temporary closures will be announced in advance on the homepage and Instagram.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within a few days of delivery—ideally with clear photos—so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
